These Terms of Service apply when you visit ellard.store, contact ELLARD, or place an order. By using the website or submitting an order, you agree to these terms together with the policies linked on the store.
Store information
This online store is operated by ELLARD in Pakistan. Shopify provides the ecommerce platform used to offer products and services.
Products and descriptions
We aim to describe and photograph every product accurately. Leather is a natural material, so grain, texture, and minor shade variation can occur between pairs. Such natural variation is not automatically a defect, but every product must still materially match its description.
Product colours can also appear slightly different because of lighting and screen settings. This does not permit ELLARD to substitute a materially different colour, material, construction, or product.
Prices and availability
Prices are displayed in Pakistani rupees unless stated otherwise. Prices, availability, and promotions may change before an order is accepted. A product appearing on the website does not guarantee that it remains in stock.
If an ordered item is unavailable, incorrectly priced, or affected by a material listing error, we may contact you to offer an alternative or cancel the affected item. Any amount already collected for a cancelled item will be refunded through an available method.
Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated order message does not by itself guarantee acceptance. Cash-on-delivery orders require WhatsApp confirmation before dispatch. An order is accepted when ELLARD confirms it for fulfilment or dispatches it.
We may refuse or cancel an order for suspected fraud, abusive conduct, repeated unjustified refusal of cash-on-delivery parcels, an invalid address, stock unavailability, or a clear pricing or listing error. This does not limit any non-excludable consumer right.
Payment
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Do not send money using a method or account that is not displayed by ELLARD or confirmed through an official ELLARD channel.
Shipping, returns, and defects
Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns, size exchanges, incorrect orders, and manufacturing-defect claims are governed by our Returns & Exchanges Policy. Those policies form part of these terms.
Customer responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate contact, delivery, and order information; keep your account secure if customer accounts are enabled; inspect the parcel promptly; and use and care for products reasonably. You must not submit fraudulent orders, impersonate another person, interfere with the website, upload malicious code, scrape the store without permission, or use the service for unlawful activity.
Intellectual property
The ELLARD name, branding, website design, text, graphics, photography, and other store content are owned by or licensed to ELLARD. They may not be copied, republished, sold, or commercially exploited without prior written permission, except where applicable law permits otherwise.
Third-party services
The store may rely on or link to services operated by Shopify, couriers, payment providers, Meta, or other third parties. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply. ELLARD is responsible for its own obligations but does not control every third-party platform or network.
Service availability
We may update, suspend, or correct parts of the website without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, but we will take reasonable steps to correct material store errors.
Liability and consumer rights
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ELLARD is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss caused by misuse of a product, inaccurate information supplied by the customer, or events outside reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights relating to defective, misdescribed, or incorrectly supplied goods.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan. Mandatory provincial or territorial consumer-protection rights continue to apply where relevant.
Changes
We may update these terms to reflect changes in the store, policies, services, or applicable requirements. The version published when an order is placed will apply to that order unless a change is required by law.
